Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis (GH₵) unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges are shown or communicated before order completion. Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and contact you before proceeding.
Order confirmation and cancellation
An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, payment is not confirmed or details require clarification. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for payment received. Contact us promptly if you need to request a cancellation.
Delivery
Please provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by location, weather, public holidays or courier delays. Risk and responsibility for receiving an order pass to the customer upon delivery.
Returns and exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning an item.
Intellectual property and liability
